Coeros is a very customer friendly company. They are passionate about the TPE/Silicone full sized doll hobby and they will gladly reply to any questions about their products. I can’t stress how professional their customer service is. The company is based in China, but reply in fluent English and love their oversees customers.
I ordered the tall stand for my Zelex Inspiration Series extra head. Before I purchased the head stand, I asked if a Zelex Inspiration series head would mount on the stand. I’m glad I asked, as they said they would send me a M16 screw adapter free of charge if I mentioned it in the order instructions. They sent me two M16 bolt adapters with different length. Both work fine, but I prefer the shorter bolt. You can also remove the screw that normally comes with the stand out and simply place a Zelex Inspiration series head directly in the hole at the top of the stand, but it does have a very slight wobble if you do. The bolt adapters fit my Zelex head firmly into the stand without any wobble.
The stand itself looks beautiful and feels like quality wood. I am very happy with this stand and will probably be ordering another head stand.
Coeros shipped the stand a two days after ordering and took a 10 days to arrive to me in Southern California. It’s probably best to choose the Paypal option for payment as the Credit Card option initially didn’t work for me.
