What is the inner diameter of the inserts? Page only lists outer diameter and length, but the photos look like the inner holes are different sizes. Thanks.

There may be some visual errors or production errors. The Irontech inserts have only one diameter size, which is 4.5cm.

My review is less about the product and more about the ease of ordering and the Coeros customer service. I asked a question about this item on the q&a section and the team at Coeros were quick to send a reply via email. Turns out my question required a bit of digging and rather than simply saying “that info is not available” they went out of their way to contact Irontech to get the answer for me. I appreciate that kind of initiative to provide quality customer service, and that’s why I would order from Coeros again. It’s worth mentioning that the checkout process on the site is simple as well. When my insert arrived at my door it was well wrapped and discretely packaged.
As for the product, it seems well made and good quality. Should last for a while before needing replacing.
