   I purchased the electric arm version and it has been very helpful with dressing, photography, inspection, and cleaning. Everything arrived in great condition save a couple minor scratches and a few cracks in one of the plastic covers – nothing that undermined operation or safety or that was very noticeable. Assembly was straightforward. Aside from having a sturdy device that reduces the strain I had been putting on my body when lifting heavy dolls, it’s pretty cool having a mechanical arm on wheels!

   I bought the hydraulic version of the stand and it’s been great so far. It comes with all the tools and fittings required and is almost entirely made of stainless steel so you don’t have to worry about anything breaking during shipping or use, though Coeros still takes the extra care to wrap each part in the package with bubble wrap which was really nice of them.

   There’s some hidden features that aren’t shown in the description or video. The M16 neck connecter option comes with both a fixed *and* a tilting version so you can tilt your doll’s head while it’s being displayed. I wasn’t expecting the tilting connector so that was a very pleasant surprise, huge points for that. The video also doesn’t show that the hydraulic arm can be freely rotated left and right while its deployed, making it much easier to store standing in a closet than you’d expect.

   Customer service was also excellent. They responded quickly in my experience and answered every question I’ve had to sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

   My only problem is raising and lowering the hydraulic arm requires a lot of force on my part. Mine doesn’t go up or down nearly as easily as the one in the video. It looks like there might be screws you can loosen to reduce how much pressure is required but it doesn’t come with any directions besides the video on the website so I don’t know which screws to turn or which direction to turn them in. The screws are all very stiff so you won’t ever have to worry about them backing out on their own, but this also makes it hard to experiment which screw loosens the arm.

     Due to the significant weight of the stand, it is easily damaged during transportation. Therefore, we have taken extra care to protect each component thoroughly.

     Indeed, because the video currently displayed is not the latest version, some features may not have been fully demonstrated to you. We are continually upgrading and adding new features to improve its usability.

     The hydraulic arm requiring a significant amount of force to operate is a known issue with this model. Due to size constraints, we are unable to use a larger hydraulic cylinder, which is why some effort is still required. You can adjust the overall tension by using the screws marked with “+” and “-” on the support arm.

   I purchased and have been using the hydraulic version of the Coeros doll stand for the past few months. Overall the hydraulic stand is an amazing product for its price point. The build is made of quality steel with a very few plastic and rubber parts. The stand has a premium feel and the functionality of the stand allows me to take photos of my doll in poses I could not achieve without this stand. In fact, if this stand did not exist, I would not have purchased my Zelex inspiration series doll for my creative photography and art. The stand makes it possible to pose the doll in a variety of standing poses, lifts and lowers a very heavy doll while in standing poses, and can easily move the doll across hard floor surfaces. Each of the stands four rolling feet have a locking brake that is very sturdy. The neck of the stand can also pivot from side to side. The stand neck does not pivot down, so the doll cannot pose in kneeling or bowing poses.

   There are a few criticism I do have about this stand. The first being that the hydraulics is not powerful enough to rise and lower the doll on its own power. With my knee I active the hydraulics while with both hands push or pull on the arm of the stand to raise and lower my doll. It does require a significant amount of push or pull to raise and lower my doll. It’s not hard to do, but I wish the stand could raise and lower without any assistance from myself. However to the stand’s credit, the stand does do most of the lifting.

   Another critical problem is that the stand does not come with any instructions on how to put the stand together and most importantly, safety guidelines. I reached out to Coeros about this and they replied that they are working on a printed booklet that includes assembly instructions and safety guidelines. Now the stand is very easy to put together, once I found a video off their Youtube channel showing the assembly of the stand. However, I can’t find any videos or online documents on safety guidelines which is critically important for the safety of the dolls and their owners. I have had two incidents with the stand that cause minor damage to my doll when my doll popped off the stand and crashed on the floor and another time the connector got stuck on the stand head which resulted my straining my back trying to lift a 90lbs doll off the stand. Both of these incidents could had been avoided if I had simply checked to see if the connector fit on the stand head before mounting the connector on my doll. Unfortunately the M16 back connector was too tight and did not fit into the connection plate on the stand. I reached out to Coeros about the problem and they quickly sent me a new M16 back connector free of charge. Coeros has fantastic customer service and they take any problems of their products very seriously. Once the new M16 back connector arrived, I checked that if slide into the stand connector plate with ease, I have not had either of these problems again. Though I do recommend putting some kind of industrial grease onto the connector plate to avoid a doll getting stuck on the stand.

   Another criticism I have I regards the Universal Neck Connector for Zelex Inspiration Series dolls. The connector tightens directly around the screw threading of the dolls neck, which you need to pull down the silicone on the back of the dolls neck. This I could see causing some minor damage to the silicone and the back of the neck, where the M16 Neck connect does not do this. The reason being for Zelex Inspiration Series dolls, the connector M16 screw is glued into the head of the dolls. I am so glad that I had ordered my doll with a M16 back connector with Zelex. I only use the back connector for my Zelex doll as I feel it is safer than using the Universal Neck Connector. The only problem with any back connector, is that its hard to spot that the connector has slide into place correctly onto the stand head. I have to use a mirror in order to properly put the doll on the stand with the back connector by myself.

   With these criticisms aside, this stand is a game changer. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing this stand and Coeros has one of the best customer service I have experienced. They always reply to me within a day and are generally very friendly and helpful. They love their oversees customers and will go out of their with to make everyone feel welcomed and valued.

     To ensure the safety of the dolls, most of the stand is made of steel, with only a few parts using plastic casings. This design choice is not only for the overall aesthetics of the stand but also to ensure that the dolls do not come into direct contact with the connecting components.

     Additionally, each wheel on the base is equipped with an independent locking brake to prevent any unwanted movement during use, ensuring that your photography is not disrupted and avoiding any potential damage to the dolls.

     Regarding your criticisms, we find them very reasonable. Indeed, due to considerations of the overall size of the stand and to avoid exposing the hydraulic rod during photography, we chose a smaller hydraulic rod. This might not be as convenient as the electric version of the stand, so for customers seeking a more convenient experience, we recommend the electric version.

     We are currently working on assembly instructions and safety guidelines. We highly value your suggestions. Although the assembly of the stand may be relatively simple, providing safety guidelines to help other users avoid operational errors that could lead to damage is indeed necessary. We will expedite the completion of this work to prevent other users from experiencing damage due to improper use.

     We sincerely apologize for any damage caused to your doll due to the lack of these instructions. We are willing to cover all costs for any subsequent part replacements and repairs.

     For the Zelex Inspiration series, due to the special of the dolls, it is difficult to find a more suitable solution. Therefore, we recommend that users who need to take photographs consider adding a back connector when purchasing the doll to ensure stability during use. Although this will not cause permanent damage to the doll’s neck, we still recommend that customers choose the back connector for a better user experience.

   Das Ding ist so ein geiler Schei… . Die etwas lange Lieferzeit und der relativ hohe Preis kennt man vorher, aber wenn das Teil dann da und zusammengebaut ist, dann ist Lieferzeit und Preis vergessen. Und nach dem ersten Funktionstest bin ich der Ansicht der Preis ist völlig angemessen. Ja zur Lieferzeit möchte ich anmerken zwischen Versender und Empfänger sind mehre Tausend Kilometer und zumal die Lieferzeit vorher bekannt waren ist auch bei diesem Punkt alles im grünen Bereich. Ich möchte hier auch nicht unerwähnt lassen, dass der Service sehr gut ist. Bei meiner Frage nach dem Kauf wurde mir sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet.
