Custom Sex Doll Process

Just provide photos and descriptions and we’ll do the rest! It is easy to customize a doll from Coeros and we can provide you with professional service.

1. Order Placement and Information Submission

For custom doll head, you must submit at least one high-resolution front-facing image of the character.

For custom doll body, you can provide images or videos of the character from various angles, including close-ups of specific body parts.

Then please include a description of your customization requirements for the doll.

You can also communicate your customization needs with us via email.

2. 3D Modeling:

We use cutting-edge 3D technology for precise 1:1 replication.

Once the design is complete, we will send you photos and videos of the 3D digital sketch for your approval, which takes approximately one month.

Our designers will then make adjustments to the 3D model based on your needs and preferences. Each adjustment to the 3D model takes about 1 – 2 weeks.

3. Mold Production:

After the 3D model is finalized, we will reconfirm your customization requirements and options.

Once confirmed, we will proceed with mold production.

First, we will create the inner mold based on the 3D model, which takes about 2-3 weeks.

Then, we will create the outer mold based on the inner mold, which also takes about 2-3 weeks.

The outer mold is used for pouring materials and producing the doll.

4. Doll Production and Makeup:

Next, we will use the mold to produce the doll and apply makeup, which takes approximately 2-4 weeks.

After the makeup is completed, we will send you photos and videos of the final product for your confirmation.

If needed, we can make further adjustments to the makeup, with each adjustment taking about one week.

Once the makeup is confirmed, we will solidify it.

5. Packaging and Shipping of Doll

5.1 Packaging

  • We guarantee that the packaging is clean and offers excellent protection.
  • Our packaging contains no information related to the doll and ensures your privacy.

5.2 Shipping

  • The final doll will be shipped to you by air. Shipping takes approximately 7-12 days.
  • We handle customs clearance and cover customs duties, VAT, and other fees. Additionally, if any customs charges arise, we will refund that amount to you.
  • After dispatching your package, we will promptly provide the tracking number.
  • If the doll is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a new one to you.

1. Modeling and Clay Sculpting

Previously, detailed doll heads were mostly designed through clay sculpting. However, with the advancement of modeling, doll designs are now primarily done through 3D modeling.

The resemblance of the model mainly depends on the artist’s drawing skills. Artists with strong drawing skills can create 3D models that closely resemble the character even more than clay modeling.

2. Blender Files

If you have Blender files, you can provide them to us to help us better understand your model requirements. However, our designers still need to design the model based on images and ensure it meets the production requirements for doll heads, which still requires a significant amount of time.

And we offer a $50 – $100 discount for providing Blender files.

3. Authorization Requirements

Regarding the custom doll modeled after another person:

If it’s for personal use, permission is not required.

However, if you intend to make the head publicly available, you will need to obtain their permission.

By default, the doll’s makeup is designed based on the image. If you wish to customize the doll with different makeup, you can provide reference images of the desired style.

Additionally, we can add realistic details such as veins and skin textures to the doll’s body for a more authentic appearance.

We use a “coating agent” to solidify the doll’s makeup. This top coat is applied after the makeup paint to prevent peeling—it’s a standard process among domestic doll manufacturers.

2. Love Hole Position (Vaginal Position) and Style

The position of the doll’s vagina (Love Hole Position) has often been a point of contention. Many manufacturers have produced dolls with inaccurately placed vaginas, which can hinder the ability to achieve certain sexual positions.

During our custom doll creation process, we ensure that the vagina’s position (Love Hole Position) is accurate and will confirm this with you starting from the completion of the 3D model.

3. Skin Texture

Skin texture is essential for simulating the realistic appearance of human skin on the doll. It requires applying the texture to the mold, and larger areas will result in higher costs.

Typically, you can choose localized skin texture, which involves adding texture to key areas such as joints, hands, and feet. This option maintains a realistic skin effect for the customized doll while keeping costs manageable.

Alternatively, you can opt for full-body skin texture, which enhances the doll’s realism but will significantly increase the overall cost.

We don't have any limitation on the height of the customized dolls, you can choose to customize your preferred height.

But it should be noted that we do not accept customized mini dolls. Nor do we sell any products related to them.
