Part 2: A 2022 latest visit to WM sex doll factory. All WM success secrets revealed!

In august 2022, the 10^th anniversary of the birth of TPE Sex Doll, we paid a visit to TPE dolls’ motherland, WM sex doll factory.

Before we went to WM’s factory, I imagined that

They have advanced technologies.

And a tidy factory

And a huge amount of love dolls.

But when I arrived at WM factory’s gate, I found it wholly different.(Btw, WM has 4-5 different factories, the picture shows the original factory.)

Sex Doll lovers may immediately identify the WM’s logo.

It’s their original logo. Doll lovers maybe more familiar with their new one.

I can’t believe it how WM, the worldly best known sex doll brand, could choose such an extremely traditional Chinese decoration style!

“金三道具”4 big words was printed on the plaque with Chineses brush pen and it states that it produced clothes mannequins. It’s true when WM started its business at first but now it’s not.

At WM factory, we saw the Head#452. The photosets featuring this head was just released in July 2022. When I saw these photosets, I thought it’s a silicone head, but in reality, it’s a TPE head.

The makeup is very delicate and we can see the highlighter on her nose, philtrum and eye brightener. This doll head is very breathtaking even without wearing a wig.

Then, we saw one of the most popular head. The elf head#355-1.

Can you imagine this is the same elf doll? This gorgeous makeup was a masterpiece of Kiki, the top doll makeup artist in China. Iridescent eyelashes and the white wig give the impression of a fairy. I touched the elf’s ear, it’s like flesh and very realistic. You will love it.

Then I will use the comparison of several real pictures shared by WM buyers and WM promotional pictures to analyze the similarity between the two.

 

After comparing these two groups, we can see that the facial features of the WM doll’s head are very consistent with the promotional image.

Notice the shape of the eyebrows, eye sockets, and the nose (we can clearly see that the shape of the nose tip of the two dolls is different), the shape of the lips (note that the #273 doll’s promo picture shows that the lips are slightly open, and the real doll is same; #201’s lips are naturally closed, as is the real thing), and even the color of the lipstick on the lips is consistent with the real picture.

But in some cases, if the factory chose the wrong skin tone, wig, eyes, the factory photos will look very different with the promotional pics, like the following one.

Therefore, it is recommended that when you buy WM dolls, ask the factory to dress up according to the promotional image if you want. Otherwise, there will be a real uncanny valley effect.

I saw a silicone head S70# at the actory. It looks more refined and cute.
